Team one was Cholaiste Chluain Meala
This was the first match of the day and we faced a tough opposition. The Colaiste boys had a slow start but when half time came Mr O Brien had a serious chat with the team and told them to settle down on the ball and to get their touch right. And when they went out in the second half they were a lot more confident on the ball and scored a few points. There was a good come back. They scored a goal to put them in the lead but there was not enough time to get the equaliser and it finished up Colaiste Dun Iascaigh 1-4 Clonmel 2-4
Game two was Comeragh College
In this game the Colaiste team was a lot stronger and more confident on the ball and Comeragh college struggled against us so Cahir breezed through them. At half time the score was Colaiste Dun Iascaigh 3-2 Comeragh three points. When Colaiste came back out after half time they quickly scored a goal and two points in quick succession and style then Comeragh scored a free which would be there only score off the half. then Colaiste scored another 2-2 which then the referee blew for the game to be over and it finished
Colaiste 6-6 Comeragh 4 points which a very good win.
The third and last game against Thurles C.B.S (C)
This game was another easy game for the Colaiste boys. Colaiste played well but lost their shape starting off but as the game progressed they found their shape again. As the half progressed, they got going but then the referee blew for half time. The half time score was Colaiste 2 points C.B.S no score. when they went back on they were a lot more determined to get the ball and it quickly paid off. They got 2 quick fire goals in the opening 8 minutes then they got another 2 goals in the second half. The referee blew the game up for it to finish Colaiste 4-2 C.B.S No score. which means it puts the Colaiste boys in the semi-finals on Tuesday 20th October
